Hey, all of you real estate investors, homeowners, property managers, etc.,
I'm a long-time veteran of fixing just about anything that goes wrong with real estate--from roofing to flooring, and everything in-between. Given the current economic climate and associated costs of most contractor services, I can offer you quality work at a substantial savings--usually several hundred dollars for smaller jobs, and usually over a thousand (or thousands) for larger jobs.
My specialties include seamless professional quality drywall installation and/or repair, outstanding interior or exterior paint or stain (prices include filling cracks and other visible defects, sanding and other prep work), framing and finish carpentry.
I also have experience in the following:
- Hardwood floor installation or repair
- Kitchen and bath remodeling (ceramic or vinyl tile, cabinet removal and installation, countertops, plumbing modifications, removal and replacement of lighting fixtures)
- Roofing (asphalt shingles, rolled asphalt, sheet metal, slate (or imitation slate) shingles
- Siding (hardwood or vinyl)
- Window and door replacement or repair
- Plumbing installation or repair
- Removal and installation of electric appliances and fixtures (water heaters, dish washers, garbage disposals, lights and ceiling fans, refrigerators, washers, dryers, etc.)
- Landscaping (garden or bed creation, tilling of existing beds or garden plots, new plantings (any), mulching, sod laying, mowing, edging)
- Tree work (pruning, dead wood removal, brush removal)
- Concrete work (building of forms, reinforcement, pouring and finishing)
As I'm not insured or certified as an electrician, I refrain from any repairs and/or installation of HVAC systems (although I will offer suggestions regarding problems), and will not undertake installation of new electric circuits. However, I can offer all the services above for fees below the costs normally associated with such work--and with equal or greater quality.
